Nigel Wylie is a seasoned water entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience delivering innovative solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, water recycling, and infrastructure modernization. He has led more than 80 large-scale projects across North America, Southeast Asia, and Southern China, providing critical solutions to industries facing water scarcity, operational challenges, regulatory pressures, and sustainability.

As the founder of Aerowater, Nigel has installed treatment upgrades on over 1 billion gallons per day of wastewater treatment capacity across North America, modernizing aging infrastructure by integrating advanced technologies with a skilled technician network. In Silicon Valley, he supported water technology startups in AI, material science, and infrastructure maintenance, helping refine products and scale through strategic partnerships.

At the Innovation Lab, Nigel connects industrial clients with innovative resource-sharing strategies that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen local economies.
